CCM performs a
service which is invaluable to its participants and to their caregivers:
it lets them live in their own homes, while getting all the excellent
medical and social care they need.
CCM members reflect
the rich diversity of the communities we serve and their stories are
both fascinating and inspiring.
We'd like you
to meet a few of these people, to learn a little about their lives
and their experiences. These are people we know well, and hope you
enjoy meeting them as much as we enjoy knowing and caring for them.
They have been
chosen as a cross-section of the participants we serve at our CCM
facilities. The care they receive, and the benefits they enjoy from
this care, is also typical of the care we give to all our participants.
