Pharmacy NetworkView 2010 Direct Pharmacy Directory. The Pharmacy Directory provides a list of Comprehensive Care Management's network pharmacies. This directory is for Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens, Richmond (Staten Island), Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties. All network pharmacies may not be listed in this directory. Pharmacies may have been added or removed from the lists after this directory was printed. The pharmacy network meets or exceeds CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area. In certain situations, prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy may also be covered. See Section 2 of the Evidence of Coverage for information about filling a prescription at an out-of-network pharmacy. Please contact Comprehensive Care Management's Member Services Department for more information. There are 2,994 pharmacies in the network in the following counties: Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens, Richmond (Staten Island), Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester. |
